Nanzhuang is the global epicenter of ceramic tile production — over 70% of China’s premium porcelain is manufactured within a 10km radius. Contigo Ceramics operates a 50,000m2 plant right here, running three continuous roller kilns at 1200-1250 degrees C.
Hydraulic presses range from 3600T to 7800T, producing tiles up to 1600x3200mm with flatness tolerances below 0.5mm. Daily output is 25,000m2. Every batch undergoes third-party lab testing before container loading.
